1、Checking Powered Air purifying Respirators PAPRs
Pre-use inspection is essential to ensure the normal use of Powered Air purifying Respirators PAPRs. The specific steps are as follows.
Step 1: Check that all accessories are available and clean.
Step 2: Check that the valves are firmly connected to each other.
Step 3: Check if the backing device is tightly connected, has no open wires, and is not broken.
Step 4: Check the pressure of the gas source, the table opens the bottle head valve after hearing the gas source residual pressure alarm to make a short sound otherwise can not be used.
Step 5: After the bottle head valve is completely open, check the pressure in the cylinder should be within 28Mpa-30Mpa.
Step 6: Check the air tightness of the whole machine, open the bottle head valve for two minutes and then close the bottle head valve, observe the pressure gauge value within five minutes and the pressure drop should not exceed 4Mpa as normal.
Step 7: Check the match between the full mask and the air supply valve, close the inlet valve of the air supply valve, wear the full mask and breathe in, the inlet valve of the air supply valve should open automatically.
2、Install Powered Air purifying Respirators PAPRs
Step 1: Place the back plate strap set flat, align the air cylinder valve with the pressure reducer valve and tighten it clockwise to make the connection tight.
Step 2: Press and hold the mask bayonet button so that the air supply valve is tightly connected to the mask.
Step 3: Connect the end of the medium pressure tube of the pressure reducing assembly to the quick connector of the air supply valve, and check whether the connection is tight and fast.
3、Wear the Powered Air purifying Respirators PAPRs
Step 1: Pick up the fully assembled Powered Air purifying Respirators PAPRs and adjust the strap length to the appropriate position.
Step 2: Fasten the belt tab and adjust the length of the belt to the appropriate position.
Step 3: Put on the mask and adjust the headgear tightly until the mask fits closely to the face.
Step 4: Open the valve of the air cylinder switch, twist it counterclockwise for more than three turns, take a deep breath and breathe through before entering the operation area.
4、Disassemble Powered Air purifying Respirators PAPRs
Step 1: Twist the air cylinder switch valve clockwise until it is completely closed.
Step 2: Press and hold the bottom of the air supply valve to expel the residual air from the air supply valve.
